Fine food in Calgary?

Hello. Is there such a thing as an '├ępicerie fine' in these parts? What about a boulangerie and a fromagerie?

  1. Bite Groceteria in Inglewood, and L'Epicerie on macleod trail come to mind.

for fromagerie, you have Janice Beaton (several locations), sylvan star at the Calgary Farmer's Market, the cheese place at Crossroads market, and springbank cheese up on 14th st NW.

For a boulangerie... we're a bit short on proper french bakeries these days, but there is manuel latruwe (belgian) beside l'epicerie, as well as a handful of other good bakeries which come up regularly on this board (eclair de lune, ladybug, others i'm forgetting...)
