Make ahead french toast casserole
I was asked to bring french toast casserole to a brunch on Sunday. Any good recipes? I have to bake it and let cool at my house and then take it to my sister's house and reheat it. Any hints or tips on reheating. Thanks.
My favorite is a Gran Marnier recipe I found on the bbonline.com website. You will find some great recipes on the site for future brunches. (scroll to the bottom of the page and click on recipes) On rare occasions I have had leftovers and when I reheat the french toast it does not puff and is drier. Still has great flavor but is a little chewier.
