I've try them all in town and Tea-Upon-Chatsworth is head and shoulders above the rest. A lovely, restful, beautifully decorated tea room, pleasant staff, an owner who stops by each table and INCREDIBLE food--all homemade with very high quality ingredients. Great selection of teas. A real gem--in Point Loma.
