Seafood in Vegas?

Anything good? Someone told me there's a seafood restaurant at MGM but i don't remember the name and I'd rather hear it from a hound.

Seablue is very tasty - I've enjoyed it on several occasions. I think it gets overlooked quite a bit due to it's surroundings ( Joel Robuchon, Craftsteak, Nobhill, etc. ).

I really enjoy the way the menu is set up so that you can sample quite a few of the dishes in one visit without overdoing it. The desserts are killer as well. Mina's desserts here ( and @ Michael Mina as well ) usually have a distinct hot/cold theme incorporated. I once had a take on a molten chocolate cake served paired with a sassafras ice cream/root beer float. Outstanding to say the least.

They are probably refering to SeaBlue. I've never been there, but I hear it's really good.
