I have not seen ramps at Papa Joes or Whole foods. IIR there was some one selling them at the RO farmers market last year. If you do require an on-line vendor for ramps I highly suggest some one reliable such as D'artagnon who has a stellar reputation. Their products and service are always top notch. He carries spring Lamb, popcorn, Maple syrup etc. We wound up jaw boning for quite a while.
