Bubby's Burritos in Red Hook (not brooklyn)

When does Bubby's open for the season? I need my fix.

    Open now... If I find myself nearby, I'll take some pictures of the trailer and the menu.

      Good news! They've opened for the 2010 season.....but in a different location. The truck is in the parking lot of the Hartman (sic) farm stand located on route 199 between the 9G/199 intersection and the high school.

        I passed by this afternoon and noticed that the trailer was there, the canapy behind it was there and the board listing the hours was in the same place as it always was. It wasn't open (the weather?) but I'll be going there on Sunday for my first burrito.
