Chow Mei Fun recipe, please
Hi, I can get the ingredients figured out, the noodles, veggies and meat, but the sauce stumps me. It's probably very simple, but I can't figure it out. The dishes I've had do not appear to have soy sauce in the sauce as they are very light it color. One menu called it a white wine sauce, perhaps made with Shaoxing (SP?) ?? I have mirin, if that is similar. Thanks!
