Williams Sonoma Chocolate Croissants - Please help! lost my recipe!

I ordered the chocolate croissants online and have set them out to proof overnight. Please help, I lost my recipe and I don't know if I should cover them to let them proof, what temp to cook them at, and for how long. I have them sitting on parchment paper on a sheet pan right now in my cold oven to proof over night, but have no idea where to go from there. Anyone out there, please help me!

Thank You!

  1. I found this on someone's blog. It's about the regular croissants, but I'm sure the instructions are similar:

    1. we had them yesterday (from Trader Joe's but the same thing). I threw out the box but I think it was 20-25 minutes at @375. Proof on parchment or a lightly buttered baking sheet for 8-9 hours-- mine proofed a bit longer. Brush with an egg wash before baking.
