Williams Sonoma Chocolate Croissants - Please help! lost my recipe!

I ordered the chocolate croissants online and have set them out to proof overnight. Please help, I lost my recipe and I don't know if I should cover them to let them proof, what temp to cook them at, and for how long. I have them sitting on parchment paper on a sheet pan right now in my cold oven to proof over night, but have no idea where to go from there. Anyone out there, please help me!

      we had them yesterday (from Trader Joe's but the same thing). I threw out the box but I think it was 20-25 minutes at @375. Proof on parchment or a lightly buttered baking sheet for 8-9 hours-- mine proofed a bit longer. Brush with an egg wash before baking.
