        <content>My Fiskars Powergear Bypass Lopper blad has some big chips in it.  I want to replace the blade, have not been able to find anyone carrying parts.  Help?</content>

      <content>I found this advice doing a search which is about what I would have advised doing without doing the search - email the mfr website and ask them.  Good luck!
