Kitchen Aid Mixer service in NOVA?

My dough hook is somehow stuck onto the mixer and refuse to come off. I've called kitchen aid who inform me the closest service center is in Richmond. I need someone local and have good history or repairmen. Does anyone know of a place in NOVA, MD, or DC that can be trusted with my kitchen aid?

There's a fix-it shop in Bailey's Crossroads area, a block west of Route 7 on Carlin Springs Road. I've taken vacuums and such for parts and tweaking. Don't know if they'd do a Kitchen-Aid or not.
