Seattle -- Caputo Rosso Pizza Flour
Does anyone know a source for this in Seattle? I am on Neapolitana-style pizza making spree and need to purchase this flour. Note: the Caputo Rosso Pizza flour is NOT the same as the Caputo "00" Extra; totally different uses. Thanks in advance.
Part of me wants to say that it is not imported into the US, but I think I have seen it online from a US company--search La Cusine . That is not quite in Seattle, but it may be your best bet. I have seen the Caputo Pizzeria 00 flour around town (also in a blue bag, but different than the Extra). It is not as strong as the Rosso, but stronger than the Extra. If you find it in town, keep me posted. I'd love to try it!!
