What are you craving RIGHT NOW????

Me? Anything with feta. Maybe a chopped greek salad, no peppers, lots of dressing and TONS of feta. And for the record, my favorite dressing is Ralphs brand Greek vinagrette. Or instead of a chopped greek salad, an orzo greek salad? I don't know. I can't decide. Doesn't matter anyway-it's 2:30 in the AM, and I'm not going to eat right now anyway. But I can dream!

    Foie gras.... I have reservations at a restaurant tonight known for their foie and I have been dreaming of it for weeks.

      Craving this very moment? It's after lunch and i really, really wish I'd picked up a 3 Musketeers bar before coming back to work.

        Tamales and mondongo in southern Mexico, momos in Kathmandu, laab and khao niyao in Savannakhet, tandoori naan in Cuttack, flatbread and mutton in Lahore.

          Ice Cream.......rich and creamy vanilla soft serve in a waffle cone from a nearby mom and pop ice cream/pizza joint. For someone who eats ice cream maybe once a year, this is an unusual craving and I've already had two cones in less than a week!

            At this very moment I could go for a bowl of tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. The gooey-er, the better.

              Kung pao chicken and hot and sour soup from Lao Sze Chuan in Milford, CT. Some of their Szechuan dumplings in hot chili oil would be nice, too. Followed by a long walk! Have been craving this place pretty much since the last time I went. It doesn't go away!

                Actually my main craving is an omelet made with jalapeño cheddar cheese.

                  Sirloin burger done prefectly rare topped with seared foie gras and served with red wine truffle dipping sauce…Don’t forget the truffle fries!
