What happened to Baldoria??

Great food, then it's gone all of a sudden. What's the scoop?

We also used to go with friends, particularly pre or post theatre. Post theatre it could become very Soprano's, but that was fine. And fun. It was a bit of a time and place warp. In truth, especially early on, some of their food was excellent. Great seafood salad, lemon chicken, roast potatoes, a few of their pasta dishes. The owner subsequently moved out to Vegas to work on some restaurants there.

Years ago, I did enjoy their food - especially for pre-theater since its so convenient. However, I went back about 1 year ago before a show and it went completely downhill. Nothing was very good and everything was overpriced for what it was.

Out of towners loved this red sauce palace, replete with Franikie Pell, Jr. serenading the tables upstairs. You always left with a smile and a fairly satisfied tummy.

A loss for the TD. Where (and why) did you go, Joe Dimaggio? Anyone know?????????????

When it first opened, I loved it, too. Then, I woke up from my transe. There was absolutely nothing special about the place. The food was mediocre at best.

What moved in that space now?
