  1. in a word, no. as in no i dont know anything, but that is totally absolutely very sad.

id imagine chocolate truffles are a pretty discretionary purchase for many and one most people are willing to go without - or downgrade to something a bit more affordable.

as an aside it would be helpful to put MSP or St Paul or even Legacy chocolates in your post title, so that its contents are a bit more obvious from a casual viewing of the board (maybe you can still edit it in there)

I was just in Menomonie, and it's still there. Menomonie is their original, home location (and where they make the truffles), so maybe expanding into a second St. Paul storefront just wasn't sustainable.

Got sucked in by the Subject line... :-\

I read a blurb (PioneerPress EAT section or MSPMag email?) that the store in St. Paul is closing, but Legacy will continue in Menomonie. Road trip!

I just read that Local D'Lish in the North Loop of downtown Minneapolis will be carrying Legacy chocolates.

      2. Is this the place on Grand, or University?

          Grand, right by Izzy's.

Great chocolates, great people. I didn't at all like hearing this.

It's actually on Marshall, but you are right, it's near Izzy's.

Thanks. I need to let my former boss know.
