Phx - Soft Shell Crabs

'tis the season for fresh SSC. Thought I'd list three places that I know have soft shell crabs on the menu, but would love to know more. Earlier this month enjoyed plump crispy crabs at Binkley's, served with sunchoke salad, pancetta, and sorrel. I know that Voltaire has them. Noca is also serving them this week (along with morels, Santa Barbara sea urchin, and line-caught salmon).

Had them at Tao Garden in Chandler last night and they were delicious! Salt and Pepper prepped 3 large ones for $13.99.

I had some nice soft-shell crab a few days ago at Moira, the new Japanese restaurant Downtown.
