What's the name of that restaurant??

If anyone can help me out, I’d sure appreciate it!

Last week, on Hollywood Blvd, I spotted a small restaurant tucked in between all the touristy gift shops. For some reason the name “Sheila” is stuck in my head when I think about the name of this place but nothing pops up when I google it.

It’s on the opposite side of the street from the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and the restaurant offers “breakfast all day” in addition to your usual American food fare. There was a writing board on the sidewalk with the day’s specials. I think this place mainly caters to the tourists in the area. Anyone know what place I’m referring to?
