I am taking my best girlfriend away for a weekend this July to celebrate her upcoming marriage. We share a love for cooking and eating, and I would love to take her to an inn or farm where we could take cooking classes, learn about regional fare, and eat (both on the site and off) at great local farm-to-table restaurants. Does anyone know of any such places in New England?

I think the Inn at Weathersfield in VT would meet all your requirements. Check out my recent review, and, if you go to their web site, I believe you'll find that they offer cooking classes as well as being committed to "farm to table" sourcing. http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/593176?tag=boards;topic-593176

Lots of great farm to table going on in CT. I don't know of any inns specifically that offer cooking classes, but if you are planning a weekend here are a couple of places to check out along the way... River Tavern is probably my favorite dining haunt in CT and they do all kinds of fun stuff including cooking classes. Check out the "events" tab on their website...

They are also involved in the "Dinners at the Farm" series which features a locally sourced meal actually served at one of our area farms. A bit pricey, but proceeds go to charity....I went to one a couple of summers ago and had a great experience.
