Eyeing diners, restaurants take to Twitter
"There is nothing faster for communicating than Twitter," said Aaron Allen, chief executive of restaurant consulting firm Quantified Marketing Group. "You have to be a complete moron to ignore it."
So be me.

I think he means that restaurants who ignore it are morons, not the diners. I had to unfollow Tender Greens though, unless it's right next door I really don't need to know all their specials and everything. Kogi is even worse with the constant updates. Any commercial enterprise has to be pretty savvy about how to do this to not alienate the reader.
