Breakfast in Carmel?

Hi all,

Will be in Carmel this wknd and we'd like to have a light but yummy breakfast before we head back to San Francisco. Any recommendations? Thanks!

We had a nice breakfast one morning at First Awakenings located in the American Tin Cannery Center, a block or so from the Monterey Aquarium. My wife and I sat outside next to the fire pit as it was still a bit chilly, and shared a fruit bowl, one pancake (generous plate size), a side of bacon and coffee. One possibility is to stop by Tico's in Marina on your way back to SF.
