Where to buy chocolate in NYC?

I'm looking buy baking chocolate (5lbs or less), semi-sweet to bittersweet (60% and higher). Would prefer fair trade. Or manufacturers like Callebaut or Valrhona. Have ruled out local grocery store (too much sugar, low cocoa butter content), Whole Foods and Trader Joe's in Manhattan (too expensive). My preference would be to find a retailer in (increasing order or distance) Manhattan, NYC, and so on. Will consider mail order.

Thanks in advance!

If you find Valrhona for less than the $15/lb NY Cake & Decorating (on W 22nd St) charges, I'd be interested! :) (I don't know what TJ and WF charge for chocolate but Valrhona is never cheap.) Fairway has a few "single estate" type chocolates in various grades from South America, not sure what they have right now but in the past much of its been quite good. Callebaut isn't hard to come by, both Fairway and NY Cake have some, Buon Italia in the Chelsea Market has some, too, but their prices tend to be high. I think Zabar's has some Callebaut but their prices for chocolate aren't great. Scharfenberger isn't too hard to find, but it's no "bargain" either...
