ISO Mini-Cheesecake Recipe
Does anyone have the recipe for little cakes that were popular 20-30 years ago in which you put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of a paper muffin tin liner then add a cheesecake mixture and something chocolate, resulting in a marbleized miniature cheesecake-cookie-thing?

The ones I remember used canned cherry pie filling rather than chocolate. I'm sure you could improvise though.
