There are days I fancy a turkey and cheese on a roll. Believe it or not I have some that I can take or leave. There is a great place in the Bronx that has great bread, mayo , cold cuts and the works. I also love their macaroni salad.Does anyone know of a good italian deli like that where everything is fresh?

Not an Italian deli, but you might try Coles (Verplank/Buchanan) on Old Albany Post Road, or Croton Mini Deli on Maple Avenue in Croton.

I've not tried the Italian deli on Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff (by the A&P), but that looks like a good place.

I will not go to the deli by the A&P in Briarcliff again--been ripped off too many times! They are really inconsistent in their pricing, and everything is overpriced for fair quality. I would rather travel to A&S in Montrose. Also, although not a deli persay, Good to Go in Croton makes great sandwiches.
