Looking for a casual restaurant with great food in the South End

Thinking of driving into the South End tomorrow for an early dinner.

We like seafood, beef, spanish, french.

Any recommendations for great food with a casual setting? Is Toro a good choice?

We already go to the Franklin Cafe in Gloucester.

    I used to enjoy the Franklin Cafe. http://www.franklincafe.com/ casual, great bar and reasonable prices. Now, it's been a while since i've been there. but worth a look at their website.
