Restaurant for Special Dinner: Grandparents and Sophisticated 10 Yr Old

Any suggestions as to where grandparents could take a sophisticated 10 year old grand daughter for a special end of trip dinner in Rome?

    where else will you have been on your trip? Do we presume she is too sophisticated to have "issues"?

      She can have "issues" but will try anything -- has no p[roblem with asking what goes into a dish and asking for ingrediant substitution. Eating highlight of the trip for her has been Da Fiore in Venice.
