fresh fish in Kona/Poipu Beach
We are leaving next week for a week in Poipu and a week in Kona and intend to hit some of the great places recommended here, but will also be cooking a lot. Any reccomendations for fresh local fish markets in either place?

On Kauai: Fish Express in Lihue across from the Walmart always has some fresh offerings
Kailua-Kona Town, Big Island: Best choices at KTA grocery market for fish choices. Depending on the size of your party, we have also bought some lovely fresh Opah, and A'u at the Costco just outside of Kailua. (Larger packaging)
I f you enjoy fish...try the Fish and chips at "Island Fish and Chips" at the KIng's shops up in the Waikoloa Beach Resort..little takeout window behind the shops , on the lake. Quite good.
