Drop down list in create list function is missing Canada

The drop down list marked 'Select a Region (Optional)' does not contain any Canadian places. For it's first incarnation the place names appear to have been taken from the chowhound boards. AAMOI it is also missing the following...

I know! And I'm from Canada, so that drives me nuts.

Our product manager has promised to get this fixed, but unfortunately, it hasn't happened yet.

If you've got a list you want to go in one of the Canadian boards, I can actually put it there via our backend management tools, if you email [e-mail] with a link to your list and the region it belongs with.

International and Baltimore are there -- Baltimore is actually part of Washington DC & Baltimore. Elsewhere is missing, though.
