Wine bar tour in Rome

I am looking for recommendations for a good wine/wine bar tour in Rome. I am traveling on my own, but would like to join a group in order to keep costs down. I am hoping to find something that is informative and will take you to a few wine bars, stopping at each for tastings and food. Thanks for your suggestions!

Here's a couple links. They seem to be tour operators.

For one of our nights in Rome, i'm also tying to plan a bar/lounge tour. Not limited to enotecas, but just going to a few places and get a few drinks and bites. Choices right now include: Crudo, Gloss, Il Goccetto, Etabli, Societe Lutece, Ciampini, 'Gusto, Palatium. Obviously not going to all LOL. The eclectic line up is also intentional. Would be happy to hear people's thoughts.

Casa Bleve, near the Pantheon, is in a class of its own. Make sure you get a plate of mixed antipasti from the display. Cul de sac is also good. If you don't mind hanging with just locals, there is a small wine bar called Goccetto on Via di Banchi Vecchia near Campo di Fiori
