New Mexican on Northern?

A few weeks ago I noticed a beautiful new Mexican restaurant on Northern Blvd in the 80s but it wasn't yet open. Any word on this place?

According to the owner, El Coyote will (finally) be open for business this coming Monday, June 22nd. Looks like it will be good!

Are you talking about El Coyote?
Last I heard they are waiting for licenses.
They have another branch in CT and a website. Here is a little info.

They've been waiting for licenses for a very, very long time (at least 6 months or more). I sent the Connecticut restaurant a message last week but no response. It really is a very beautiful restaurant and based on the CT website will be a welcomed addition to the area. Its a shame its taking so long.

my boyfriend is from mexico and recently went over there to see if they were hiring. they told him that they had all the licenses and are now just waiting for some water supply connection. they're hoping to open within a month or two.
