Eastern Shore Crabs

My husband and I look to be heading from Milton, DE to Annapolis this Saturday - we're on a gettaway weekend of sorts. We have plans to do the Dogfish head tour on Saturday afternoon, and then we're staying in Annapolis for the night. Does anybody have any good recs for a crab shack stop on our way to Annapolis. I saw there was one in Stevensville - is it any good? The dive-ier the better. Thanks in advance!

  1. Harris's at Kent Narrows could be the place you are referring to. It is indeed good and Chowworthy. Get off US50/301 just before the Kent Narrows bridge - bear right its right there on your left.. Kentmorr is another spot and I consider it to be the better choice, plus directly on the Bay with a great view, especially at sunset.. Kentmorr is south of 50/301 on Rt 8 (the very last exit before you get to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge), take a right off Rt 8 and follow the signs into the residential area to Kentmorr. Over the Ches Bay Bridge, close to Annapolis is Cantler's Riverside Inn -- most will agree the best crabs west of the west of the Bay. Look Cantlers up on the web .. its hard to find but worth getting lost over.
