Kissimmee/Orlando/LBV Mother's Day brunch - non-buffet?

I am hoping to find a location for Mother's Day brunch. We'll be visiting the resort area and are driving over from Port Canaveral that morning. Breakfast will be served on the ship, so I was hoping to find a light lunch - maybe even tea - around 1 or 2 pm.

Disney cancelled their Epcot brunch and their restaurants are insanely sold out due to that. I see that Brio has a brunch and, of course, many resorts do as well - but I'd especially like somewhere we can sit since I imagine I'll be a little wobbly after the cruise and don't want to be up and down getting food for the kids.

  1. Grand Floridian does a nice afternoon tea on the first floor of the hotel in the back. I think it's called Garden View Lounge or something. Here's the menu:
