Phuket in a Bucket: Best name for new menu item

I just got my Sellers Markets Newsletter this morning and their new "Phuket in a Bucket" new item cracked me up. They're salads are usually pretty good, although I haven't tried this one yet.

I wonder how long before a local source comes down on their little joke for two points: the salad doesn't seem remotely Thai, and Phuket is not pronounced to rhyme with Bucket; more like Poo-KET.

It has rice noodles and peanut sauce. Isn't that all it needs to be Thai? ;-)
