Saturday night wait time for inoteca / Boqueria? Alternatives?

Saturday night, 7:30 - 8pm, table for 4. What is the wait time at inoteca? What about Boqueria?

Are there any other great tapas / wine bar with great charcuterie and cheese AND 1) either takes reservations or 2) has a smaller wait time on a Saturday night?

Thanks a lot!

If you are referring to the new 'inoteca Liquori Bar, they accept reservations. Restaurants don't put all their availabilities on OpenTable, so if you don't find something convenient there, call 'inoteca directly.

I called inoteca...no reservations between 6 and 10 for parties less than 6

The last time we went to Boqueria, 4 of us, on a Saturday and arrived at 8:45, we waited (we went back) after 45 minutes for our table.

The turnover at inoteca, assuming you're referring to the Rivington restaurant, looks to be quick. We've only been there as a couple mostly during peak dining hours, Saturdays and Fridays, and never had to wait for more than 20 minutes, iirc.
