Dinner for 50?

We're racking our brains trying to think of a place where we can have our wedding rehearsal dinner in Tampa. We prefer a non-chain, slightly upscale restaurant with a private room or a place with a nice outdoor area. Any suggestions? We're not picky regarding the type of cuisine.
