I will be making a trip to the Raleigh/Durham area at the end of May and I am looking for a restaurant that services Chitlin (Chitterlings) along with other southern specialties. Any recommendations?

Toot-N-Tell in Garner is a little off the beaten path, but they have a buffet filled with sourthern specialties that usually includes chitlins. I stop there once or twice a year on the way to the beach (always on weekends), so I am not sure whether the buffet is available during the week.
