Where to get the "secret" Chinese Menu in Pittsburgh?

Hello!
Years ago I was introduced to the vegetarian dishes off of "secret" menus in chinese restaurants by an american friend who had spent some time in China.
I am not a vegetarian, although I don't eat some meats, and I yearn for tasting those great authentic Chinese dishes veggie based or not!
I realized that I seriously dislike American style Chinese food. Recent trips to Dumpling house and others cemented that. Too much sweet sauce or so much salt that licking the shaker would have been preferable. Few if any vegetables and everything just drowning in heavy and greasy sauces.
Does anyone know which places offer this special secret menu? And if so how do I ask for it? I can deal with limited descriptions in english, as long as I know i'm not ordering pig's feet or mystery sausage :-)

Ka Mei on Murray Ave in Squirrel Hill. Just order off the pictures in the entrance, and/or ask them for both menus. I especially like the beef brisket hot pot.
