Wow! Rick Barbata formerly of Rick's (on Munjoy Hill) is now at Johnny's Bistro (formerly Finch's) in Falmouth, Maine.

There is a brand new menu that Rick created and I have to say - this man is truly a genius with food. He puts together things that I would never dream of... Check it out for yourself in Falmouth on Route 1.

Definitely worth the trek out of Portland to experience this chef's culinary artistry.

Here is the website - but, the menu has changed as of this past week. http://johnnysbistrobar.com/

Who is Rick Barbata?? Well, a quick search on google gives us a guy who is involved with a place called nouvelle kitchen. This also happens to be your screen name. Quite the coincidence. There are too many negative reviews online, specifically Type A, to warrant giving Johnny's a try. I'll eat at any of the numerous restaurants that are superior to Johnny's in Portland instead.
