I have to say i am extremely impressed with Meal Mart Passover meals. I usually am away but I am home this year so I stocked up. For lunch i had a huge salad topped with some of their spicy sausage and I was impressed. Like regardless of it being Pesach I would use their sausage year round. I also made their Brisket microwave dinner which was tasty.

It is good to have these as a backup. Every year, I think about all of the good ways to have potatoes, squash, broiled meats and fish, etc., and get tired of them after the first few days.
