On special is Belgioioso CreamyGorg, soft gorgonzola type blue cheese from Wisconsin, for $3.99/lb. This is about one-third the usual price. The printed sales circular promotes $4.99/lb, but the in-store signs are the lower price. The random weight wedges are about a half-pound each with "best by April 21, 2009" dating. We tried a sample in the store and liked it very much. Creamy, good salt levels, well-developed "blueness" and some earthy/mushroomy notes.
