I have been given a challenge and I would love my fellow food enthusiasts input!

What is the best of the best? It can be.....

Any type of food (just the best in it's category)
Any price range ( cheap and cheerful to urber extravagant)
Within the 1 hr range from Studio City (give or take...in weekend light traffic)
