Harlem - Best Soul Food?

Is it Sylvia's? Manna's? Amy Ruth's? Miss Mamie's?

    Never been to Manna's or Miss Mamie's but I wasn't very impressed with Amy Ruth's. Sylvia's, while packed with tourists, is still good. Melba's is great - amazing chicken and waffles, nice atmosphere, but it's small so make a reservation or go at off times...

      Type in Harlem and you will see this topic...every few weeks it pops up. Manna's is a take out steam table so I wouldn't categorize them with the other sit down spots you listed. Personally, none of the above. I would opt for Billie's Black or Melba's.
