Obvoiusly, people are cooking lots of ham this weekend. What's your favourite glaze?
I'm a ham-glaze traditionalist. Mustard, brown sugar, the juice from the can of pineapple. Mm.
I've done the gingersnap glaze -- Alton Brown's maybe?
I've also had a brown sugar-bourbon glazed ham and a brown sugar-rum glazed ham. Both really great.
Bourbon brown sugar.
