Easter dinner in Paris. What restos would be best for this?

Ciao Chowhounders,

My father will be coming to Paris over the Easter weekend and was thinking of going to dinner on Easter as my apartment is too small to cook a proper meal. Will any restaurants be open? If so, where should we go? Price isn't a huge concern, just want to have a great meal (if possible on a holiday, in NY we all stayed away from dining out on holidays). Any advice is welcome. Even if you tell me to save the nice dinner for another night and eat cheese at home.

Merci.

I have to be in Paris for a meeting on Easter and was hoping for more suggestions..some of my fav's are closed.
Hopefully Souphie/Julien will chime in and let us know what places are open.
I am staying in the 8th..
Best to you LaFemmeNikita and your father!

I would imagine hotel restaurants will all be open. Daniel in the Hotel Daniel is a lovely place and you could stroll to the Tuilleries afterwards and see everyone in their Easter finest.
