Easter brunch in Las Vegas?

Please recommend a great Easter brunch in Las Vegas? I am from Miami and the better places are booked already!

    Well, if you are willing to go off the strip, you might check Todd's Unique in henderson; they are not normally open on Sundays but they do have an easter brunch that looked very tasty.
