Lunch near LAS airport

Friends and I will be flying into Vegas and arriving around lunchtime. Just looking for a place to get a casual meal somewhere near the airport - we will be heading to our hotel in Henderson. Thanks!

I'm a big fan of Sai Curry on Maryland Parkway and Tropicana...or if you want something a little upscale, Origin India on Paradise. (I like Indian food, obviously...). but Monku is right, you could be in Henderson just as quickly as at either of these places, and they'll take you out of your way.....

You're only a 5-10 min. drive to Henderson from McCarran Airport.
What kind of food are you looking for?
There's lots of casual dining chain and otherwise in Henderson.

Type of food doesn't really matter as long as it's tasty! Suggestions for Henderson would be great as well. I'm sure we'll be starving after our flight from Boston! Thanks. Any thoughts on Burgerstop? I tried to look at the website but it's not up now - does that mean they are out of business?
