Did they lose their liquor license?

I'm reading things saying "BYOB" etc etc, but I am *positive* that i have ordered Shiraz on multiple occasions, however I haven't been there in over a year, so i'm unsure if this is a recent/new occurance??

they have more than one location. I believe the one on QB in Sunnyside had one but the original location on Grand Ave never did. I haven't been there in a while so that might have changed.
Isn't BYO better?
