butter cookies

I need help. I remember when my fater had a bakery in the Bronx and made butter cookies with a apricot filling. It was then dipped in chocolate and had sprinkles added. Does anyone know of the recipe ?

I have a recipe for the butter cookies you are looking for. I will look for it and post it when its found. You do need a pastry bag with a star tip
