Tips for Dining, Eating, and Food Shopping in Manhattan

need dress code for following restaurants

wife and I am heading to NYC next week. We have a few tight spots with regards to activities/making our reservations and need to now how dressed up I need to get. We are staying at the Waldorf and have two nights free for suggestions:
Monday: Open
Tuesday: Tse Yang
Wed: taking train to D.C., reservation at Monocle
Thursday: La Grenouille-right before Phantom of the Opera (planning on wearing a suit-with tie?)
Friday: Peter Luger-early reservation after Yankees game (this might be a tough one as I'd like to wear jeans to the game)
Saturday: Open
Thanks for input in advance

    1. Jeans at Luger are more than fine. Same for Tse Yang

        1. Suit (or jacket) and tie for Le Grenouille. Jeans for Luger.

            1. What exactly are you looking for for Monday and Saturday? Lunch? Dinner? Cuisine preferences? Casual or fancy? Budget?

nice but casual. Dinner. I've got French, steakhouse and Asian covered. Open to any suggestions but looking for dinner.

Pamplona is on 28th St., b/t Park Av. S. & Madison. Chef/owner Alex Urena's Spanish cuisine -- tapas and full plates -- is delicious.

Convivio, on Tudor City Pl, b/t 42nd & 43rd Sts., serves first-rate Italian cuisine. The $59 4-course prix-fixe is definitely the way to go, an excellent value for food of this high quality.
