Help, need frozen fava beans this week in Providence!

I need to find frozen fava beans for a traditional lamb recipe for Passover this week. Whole Foods has had them in the past, but have not been able to get them in this year (and I have checked both stores in Providence and in Warwick). None at the Hallak Middle Eastern Market either. Any other suggestions where I might find them? My mother loves this dish, and I hate to disappoint her.

You could try Sonia's Near East Market (941-9300) in Cranston, or possibly Trader Joe's?

Seabra Supermarkets usually have them- Pontiac Ave near Rolfe Square in Cranston- also Bristol, Cumberland, and Fall River. Also, Eagle Supermarket in Providence- on Ives Street between Trenton and East Transit. Neither a guarantee, but likely.
