Does anyone know where I can buy a whole, un-boned quail? I have tried Staubitz which I know carries them, but they are closed on Sundays. Any other suggestions? I'd greatly appreciate it!
Whole Foods Union Square has them frozen.
I was just at Hong Kong Supermarket in Chinatown this morning, and they have them. I sometimes see them at Citarella as well - I'd call to check though.
have u called Ottomanelli's? Whole Foods?
