Will be in Paris at the end may and hoping for some help. It is my first time and we will be there for five days. I will mainly be going for food. We don't have a lot of money so we are looking to get the best value. I would like dinner at l'Arpège or Plaza Athénée, but just looked at the prices of the former and wow, that's impossible. How much is l'Arpège? Do these places have lunch and how much is that? I knew it was going to be a lot, but wow 360e.

We can afford one really nice dinner, but was hoping to spend less than 150e. Or a 3star lunch. Maybe a few other places that are around 50e. Prix Fix lunches, best value. Best markets, street foods, patisserie, brasserie, bistros.

Also, where should i stay. Preferably somewhere close to a market. Any other shops or food related places.
